The Hyatt Regency is fully ADA compliant for those with disabilities. All guest rooms are non-smoking, as smoking in public accommodations is not permitted throughout Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia..

Parking for Commuters
The Hyatt has the $ 15 daily rate also available for WFC members not staying at the hotel, but driving in to the convention each day. Members must identify themselves at the time.

Marriott Residence Inn Overflow Hotel
We have arranged for an overflow room block at the Marriott Residence Inn Arlington Capital View Hotel, a suite hotel located on the next block from the Hyatt at 2850 Potomac Ave. The room rate is $ 129 per night plus tax (king with sofabed), with complimentary wireless and breakfast buffet, for check-in 5 November through check-out 10 November. You can make your reservation by calling (703) 415-1300 and referencing World Fantasy Convention 2014. The WFC 2014 block at the Residence Inn closes on 13 October. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is Noon.
Their web site shows contradictory information about the Airport and Metro shuttle – they do provide shuttle service every 20 minutes; you may want to confirm when you make your reservation.
Parking
The Residence Inn will have $ 15/day self parking for WFC 2014 Members staying there. Enter from South Potomac Ave (27th St) and get a ticket, which you can take to the front desk and have added to your room card key to give you in and out privileges. If you do not get the parking added to your room card key, every time you leave the garage you must tell them you are from World Fantasy Convention, and you will be charged for each entry. Their regular rate is $ 26.

Getting Here

The Hyatt provides free shuttle service every 15 minutes between the hotel and both Reagan National Airport and the Crystal City Metro Stop. Both Blue and Yellow D.C. Metro Lines stop at Crystal City.

Take the Silver Line Express bus ($ 5) to Wiehle-Reston East, then the Silver Line to Rosslyn, then take the Blue Line (direction of Franconia/Springfield) to the Crystal City Metro Station. The hotel bus stops there every 15 minutes.
Alternatively, take the Washington Flyer {$ 10) to East Falls Church, then the Orange Line (direction of New Carrolton) to Rosslyn, then Blue Line (direction of Franconia/Springfield) to Crystal City.

Take the BWI Express Metro bus service to the Greenbelt Metro Station, then take the Green Line (direction of Branch Ave) (Yellow Line if it is running), transfer to the parallel Yellow Line (direction of Huntington) at any station between Fort Totten and L'Enfant Plaza. Take the Yellow Line to the Crystal City Metro Station.
Alternatively, take the MARC train from the BWI Marshall station to D.C. Union Station, then follow Union Station instructions to Crystal City.

Take the Red Line (direction of Shady Grove or Grosvenor) to either Chinatown, where you pick up the Yellow Line (direction of Huntington) to Crystal City; or Red Line to Metro Center, where you take the Blue Line (direction of Franconia/Springfield) to Crystal City.

• Taxi fare approx $ 18. - You must have a fare card to enter the Metro system. Paper cards incur a $ 1/trip supplement. A SmarTrip card costs $ 10, but that includes $ 8 worth of fares (the card costs $ 2 and is refillable.
