Attendees may pick up their badges at the Registration Desk in the Independence Foyer on the Independence Level. Open hours are:
7 p.m. - 10 p.m. Wednesday evening
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Banquet tickets will be available in the Independence Lobby. Ticket price is $ 65.
Please Note ~
- Everyone attending the convention (including dealers, artists, and all program participants) and its events must have a valid membership.
- Anyone not wearing a convention badge with their own name on it will be refused admission and the badge will be forfeit. The convention also reserves the right to refuse or refund memberships it deems inappropriate.
- There will be No one-day or at-the-door memberships.
Refunds & Transfer Policy
Cancelled memberships will be refunded only at the discretion of the convention.
Memberships are transferable with a letter or e-mail from the original purchaser. The transfer information must be from the owner of the membership and must include the name and all contact information for the person they wish to transfer to and the desire to transfer the membership and be "signed" in some way, by the current members.
There will be No Professional Press Accreditation during the convention unless previously confirmed. Journalists and others from accredited media who are interested in doing a story about the convention prior to the event should contact gro.4102ysatnafdlrow@sserp .
